GERTEC: compact grout plant, IS-35-E, IS-35-H, grouting, geothermal drilling, borehole backfilling

The grout plant series IS-35 are simple, compact injection systems, which have proven themselves on construction site for mixing, pumping and grouting high solids slurries. The following solids can be mixed and groutied: backfill geothermal; cement, bentonite, anchor injection, fly ash, stone powder, insulation slurry, sealing wall masses or other filling materials. Through the high-speed colloidal colloidal mixer a homogenus disrupted suspension is produced. This is then stored in a buffer tank and can be pressed by an eccentric screw pump.
