Sony SL-HF100 - Capstan speed issue - Worse than the first PART 3

So this one's a little bit different insofar as we have yet another issue with the Sony SL-HF100 and this time it's a fast running capstan motor - not at first but after an ever decreasing amount of time, the normal playback speed goes to near review speed.
