The Akron Big Band - Canadian Sunset
We love to play what was "pop" music of its day. Canadian Sunset was a top 10 hit by Andy Williams in 1956. Doc Severinsen gave it a little 60's groove in 1967. Our more traditional version features George Rosen (trombone), Jim Drain (piano) and Allen Gage (tenor sax). Recorded May 23, 2023.
