Verkehrskompass „Verhalten an Bahnübergängen“ (DDR 1972)
"Traffic Compass" was a film series for traffic safety education, primarily broadcast on East German television. Produced by the DEFA Studio for Documentary Films from 1969 to 1990 on behalf of the East German Ministry of the Interior, Main Department of Traffic Police, and the East German State Insurance Company, "Traffic Compass" consisted of short films offering advice on road safety and was conceived as a counterpart to the West German series "The 7th Sense." The East German State Insurance Company financed the program. Later, in addition to television broadcasts, the films were also shown at traffic police training events. Home digitized
