As someone who has the opportunity to visit, serve, and observe various churches every week, I feel there are things we must discuss honestly and honestly. From churches losing young people, to ministries that feel exploitative, to churches losing exemplary leaders, to those experiencing bitterness in ministry, these are all issues that are often raised. I believe these issues deserve to be discussed effectively, with a passion for improving and transforming the church. Perhaps by taking a 360-degree view, church leaders and activists can finally discuss them properly, so that progress can be felt by the congregation.
