Summer Schools - H. COVES - Mushrooms and Living Soils Today, we present Hervé COVES's presentation at our Living Soil Summer Schools in Marciac last August! He will talk about mushrooms and living soils! Ver de terre production was created by François Mulet (market gardener, founding member of Maraîchage Sol Vivant), Konrad Schreiber (agronomist, IAD, La Vache Heureuse), and Vincent Levavasseur (market gardener & president of Maraîchage Sol Vivant Normandie), to help train as many farmers as possible in their agroecological transition to living and fertile soils. The goal: to save the planet once and for all! A meaningful agriculture that places living organisms as the driving force of production must be built.
