Serves 4 Syns per serving - FREE 1 large onion 500g beef mince (5% fat or less) 2 tbsp mild chilli powder 2 tbsp paprika 2 tbsp tomato purée 400g tin mixed beans 400g tin chopped tomatoes 415g tin of baked beans in tomato sauce 198g tin of sweetcorn 2 x beef stock cubes 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce Add the onion and mince to a large non-stick frying pan and cook over a medium heat until the beef is browned. Add the spices and tomato purée and cook for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices. Add the beans, tomatoes, sweetcorn, stock cubes and worcestershire sauce and mix well. Add water if needed, turn the heat to low and simmer for 30-40 minutes
