The Green Roof Supplies arrived! Watch as the layers are installed! #15

Ant had time to fit the green roof for the cabin this week and, as usual, I got under his feet! The four layers are 1. The plastic protection for the Cabin Roof 2. The drainage layer 3. The growing medium 4. The sedum plants which are held together with a coir matting. I got these items from The Green Roof Company https://thegreenroofcompany.co.uk/pro... when the sedums arrived and we rolled them out, I was a little suprised by how unhappy they looked, but after a few days they have perked up and are now enjoying being on the roof. I guess I'd look a bit unwell if I'd gone through what they had in transport! Do check out Ant's channel - Ant's Country Life - where he shares his day to day life and the work he does.
