Hi beauties!! So excited to be celebrating our first Instagram milestone today - 1k peeps over there clicked that little ‘Follow’ button and its such a beautiful thing. I’m just so humbled & grateful for the support you all have shown this gal from Day 1. I have always been obsessively structured and organized - which usually causes me to stress every little detail of every little thing (any other perfectionist club members out there?!? We meet on Thursdays 🤗🤗). This channel is one of the first times in my life that I’ve DELIBERATELY challenged myself to relax, unwind and stop planning! I’ll tell you a little secret - most of my videos are spontaneous! I don’t have a set schedule. I don’t set a plan for creating/filming and I don’t add any expectations on my plate that I don’t believe I can easily meet. And it is one of the most incredible, healing and FUN experiences I’ve ever had. So my fellow ASMRtists - this message is specifically for you today 💖 As we all try to create exceptional content day in & day out - there can be a mounting pressure to deliver, to out-do, to grow your chalk fam faster than the day before. Take a breath. Take a pause. And remember why you started. Why ASMR reeled you in and gave you a creative and healing place to land. You.Are.Enough!!! Just as you are. Allow this process to be just as helpful for you as it is for those who love to relax in your creations.
