Heritage Rail Replacement Bus Service - Hightown and Formby - Boxing Day 2025
My first ever visit to see the Boxing Day heritage rail replacement bus service at Hightown and Formby. Hightown station is closed on Boxing Day so for the last few years rail replacement service to connect Hightown and Formby has ran using heritage buses owned by local transport firm Presidential Travel. Travel is free but donations are collected and given to a local charity. This year it was Queenscourt Hospice.
