Contrary to Popular Belief that Salsa is a difficult Dance form compared to some other Latin Social dancing forms , I strongly beleive that Salsa has a very innate and inherent smoothness in its transitions and because it doesnt involve so much of hip to hip or thigh to thigh connection between the lead and the follow it sometimes is less tiring (may be more so for the lead ) because only the body peripheries like the hands do most of the job !
