In this episode of World of Faceting Machines we examine the faceting machine built by William Cross in the 1910s/20s. This is one the oldest American faceting machines and includes some unique features that we don't until much much later. This machine serves as the second stage of Maine faceting machine, eventually leading to the Mercopon machine which will be features in the next episode.
