Welcome to our new podcast. The Conversation Starter Project was set up in 2021 as a response to the pandemic to help people get out and about connecting with each other. We are a grassroots volunteer led CIC offering free wellbeing services to the community and paid wellbeing training services to local stakeholders, the profits from which go back into funding the free services for the community. Here project co-founders Dr Tara Quinn and Shirley Blanch talk about how the project came about, what services we offer, why we are starting this podcast and where we hope to go from here.
