Golden Summer Eyes Using Colourpop Shadows

Hey Guys! I wanted to do another tutorial using Colourpop Shadows for my eyes! I got a lot of requests to do one and include the Limited Edition Shade in "Birthday Girl" that came out specially for Colourpop's 1st Birthday! It's a gorgeous golden color with lots of sparkles and I wanted to keep the other colors in the eyes neutral and add a pop of color in the lips!
