Last z helping a player trouble shoot issue from discord game not loading possible IP address issue

Player's game wouldn't load even when uninstalling reinstalling the game. Player had tried to clear cache and this didn't work. I am guessing this is probably IP related to either the ip address assigned by the ISP and is having issues routing to the game. Or the player can be using a VPN and the ip assigned to the VPN is causing an issue when routing to the game. I would appreciate if you could subscribe to my patreon.
