• Ingredients: All-purpose flour 200 grams, 0:31 Baking powder 5 grams, 0:40 Salt 2 grams, 0:49 Thin white granular sugar 50 grams, 0:44 Butter(frozen) 50 grams, 0:53 Milk(cold) 90 grams, 1:20 Liquid egg(cold) 30 grams, 1:09 • Baking temperature: preheat the oven to upper heat 200 degrees and bottom heat 180 degrees. Bake it for 15 mins in middle of oven. • The temperatures in the recipe are all in celsius degrees.
