Hello, I'm continuing the series of Tatar recipes, this time I'm showing you how I made geantik with my mother, during a period when she was visiting me, in Bucharest. Geantik is another Tatar meat pie, baked in the oven. As usual, Tatars love coca and everything related to it. Will it surprise you? I filmed in a relaxing environment and honestly, I confess that every time I make a Tatar recipe and talk to my grandmother about weights, I feel her getting annoyed :)) but of course I weighed everything and even if I was left with extra meat, I'll leave you with a variation here, if you want to do everything exactly as it is. But I prefer to be left with a little meat than to wake up that I didn't have enough meat for the last pies. Ingredients: Dough - 46 pcs bag: 1 kg flour 50 g yeast a teaspoon sugar 400 ml water 150 g Greek yogurt 20 g melted butter 15-20 g salt a tablespoon oil Meat filling: 1 kg meat / 800 g meat 4 onions / 3 onions salt pepper Extra: 1 egg for greasing sesame oil for working and greasing the pan The beauty of these meat pies is that you can make them in the size or shape you want! :) Thank you for watching.
