The Owner Didn't TRUST me...So I told him id EARN it

I was out looking for a yard to mow… and I almost drove right past this one. From the road, it didn’t even look like a house. It just looked like a wooded lot completely overgrown. You couldn’t see anything behind it. Ty told me to stop because he thinks a house in in there. I walked up, knocked on the door, and the person inside told me I could go ahead and clean it up. As I was getting my before shots, a guy from across the street came over and asked what I was doing. Turns out… he actually owns the property. And I could tell right away… he didn’t trust me. Honestly, I don’t blame him. So I told him I’d earn his trust. From that point on, it wasn’t just about mowing a yard anymore… it was about proving something. This property had years of overgrowth, buried walkways, and a house you couldn’t even see from the road. But with some time, effort, and attention to detail, everything started to come back to life.
