From August 21 until August 31, 31 2004, the Stichting Norderney (in collobaration with Quality Radio) was broadcasting on AM828 from Hotel Lapershoek (Hilversum), remembering the closure of Radio Veronica on August 31st, 1974. This 1st hour of the Top 40 was broadcast on August 28 between 14:00 and 15:00 and presented by Jan van Veen and Joost den Draaijer. Cees Man in 't Veld was the newsreader.
