Hi lovely welcome to this full body yin practice to soften and find ease in body and mind. So happy you're here💛 We will be staying with each asana (pose) for around 2 minutes, giving the body the space they need to soften and unfold naturally. Allow yourself to rest in these shapes without the need to do anything at all. Just be. You are safe to just be. Listen to your body, communicate with your body in these sweet moments of devotion to yourself. I know that stillness can be very very difficult sometimes. Give yourself the patience and kindness you are so deserving of. Nothing to force here, nothing to accomplish…just to come deeper into yourself with each breath you take.
