The Japanese in World War I saw a different kind of weapon. They'd never seen anything like it before! Poison gas, flamethrowers, tanks, balloons, and much more! However, what is historically proven is the trench diseases, which killed as many soldiers as were killed in battle. And even more!! The Spanish flu is proof!! It killed between 50 and 100 million people... while the entire First World War only killed 40 million!! This means this disease killed more people than the First World War did!! This is the biggest threat to the Japanese army in the event of a new world war!! That's why we must find solutions to protect ourselves from biological diseases!! And not only that!! We must harness these diseases and use them as weapons against our enemies!! Instead of diseases spreading due to trench warfare, we will spread these diseases among enemy forces!! This is what is known as biological weapons!! Weapons that rely primarily on diseases!! You control the disease and make it kill your enemy!!
