The plaintiff was hired by the defendant to book a music event, but the defendant only gave him half the money, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant claims the plaintiff's artists didn't show up in time, and he clearly instructed them they wouldn't get paid if they weren't punctual. The defendant is countersuing for harassment.
