Probé Comida Tradicional Colombiana por Primera Vez

Today we visited La Fonda de Colombia Restaurant. It was recommended by Chef Edwin de Quimbaya, the Colombian Michelin-starred chef we visited in the previous video. An incredibly authentic place, especially considering the owner is, interestingly, Spanish. The restaurant was full of Colombians, so he must have been doing something right.
