Here's a quick recipe for delicious homemade granola! It's the perfect recipe for a healthy and indulgent breakfast. Ingredients: 80g almonds 80g hazelnuts 50g cashews 300g rolled oats 100ml maple syrup (or agave syrup, honey, etc.) 50g coconut oil (or neutral oil or applesauce) Vanilla bean 2 pinches of salt 100g dark chocolate (or chocolate chips) Optional: raisins You can replace the nuts with your choice of other nuts to get about 200g in total (hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pumpkin seeds, peanuts, almonds, etc.). Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at 160 degrees Celsius (325 degrees Fahrenheit) (check for doneness).
