Rediscovering the value of certain professions traditionally labeled with unrepresentative labels is possible. With Silvio, we go beyond stereotypes and examine the role of the salesperson. Silvio Cardinali is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management of the Giorgio Fuà School of Economics at the Polytechnic University of Marche, where he teaches Marketing and Communication and is the Rector's Delegate for Institutional Communication. He has taught Sales Management at numerous business schools and is the author of monographs and scientific articles on the topic, having also collaborated with national and international companies. He has been a Visiting Professor at various foreign universities and has served as Vice President of SGBED (Society for Global Business and Economic Development) since 2014. He has authored numerous scientific articles published in the Journal of Business Research, Management Decision, Management Research Review, and the Journal of Marketing Education, among others. Journal of Global Fashion Marketing and is the creator and Lead Partner of the international projects INKAMS and SMIle, developed in collaboration with approximately 20 partners from 6 countries on the topic of Sales Management.
