Day 67 Of Training To Look Like Paul Bunyan

Day 67 - Back & Core Today’s workout featured one of the hardest core supersets I’ve done in a while. Using bands around my feet for V-ups, knee tucks, and down-and-ups absolutely smoked my core from start to finish. Simple setup, brutal burn. The main focus today was back training with clean to press, rows, alternating high pulls, and upright rows.
