ANDAMAN 35th Year PANGUNI UTSAV FESTIVAL Dear Devoters The Annual Festival of Panguni Utsav of SRI SAKTHI ANGALA PARAMESWARI will be celebrated from 15-3-2026 to 25-3-2026. The inauguration of festival with Kappukattu Ceremony (Rakshabandan) will take place on Monday 16th March 2026, corresponding to 2nd day of Tamil month of Panguni from 4-30 p.m. to 5-30 pm. coinciding with the auspicious Krishna Patcham, Thirlysthasi Thithi and Avittam Star, Simma Lakkanam. Special poojas will be performed dally in the night time on all days. during the festival PROGRAMME On Sunday the 15th March 20263-00p.m. a precession of Flower Bouquet will be march from Sri Sivan Temple, Burmanallah and Sri Selva Vinayagar Temple, Beodnabad, Flower Pushpanjali will be offered to Sri Sakthi Angala Parameswari Amman, at 5-00p.m. On Monday the 16th March 2026 to Monday 23-3-2026 dally Special Pooja Abisekha Aradhana will be at 6.00p.m. On Friday the 20th March 2026 Vilakku Pooja at3-00p.m. will be held at Temple premises. On Tuesday, the 24th March 2026 Karagam, Milk Pot, Kavadies, Ratha Kavadies will march from SRI SIVAN TEMPLE Gangal, Burmanallah starting from 2-00 p.m. and will reach SRI ANGALA PARAMESWARI TEMPLE at the 'Walking on Sacred Fire' ceremony will take place. Annadhanam (Lunch) will be served for the devotees on same day. Devotees are requested to come in large numbers to attend in all the function during the festival & get the blessings of the Almighty.
