Bird Photography with A Canon 7D + 70-200mm

I wanted to try something a little different and so I took my Canon 7D along with my 70-200mm lens and had a go at some bird photography. I briefly talk about my camera settings for bird photography too. I have done this kind of photography in the past albeit with limited success. The Canon 7D is the ideal camera body for bird or wildlife photography but my 70-200mm lens is only an f/4 at it's maximum aperture and so this kind of photography can be a bit of a struggle for me.
