Clinic Denies Treatment To Black Teen. Then This Happens

After injuring his arm, Ricky Jackson heads straight to the urgent care clinic in Mango Park. The receptionist, Lisa, is on the phone and doesn't notice when Ricky walks in. As the pain gets worse, Ricky pleads with Lisa to please see a doctor, but she just dismisses his concerns and tells him to keep waiting. Finally, as the pain becomes unbearable, Ricky demands to see the doctor.
