L'approccio al Pan Gullich nell'arrampicata "Tecnica & climbing tips tutorial" by Marco Nescatelli

💥Today I propose the least traumatic approach possible to Boarding even though I believe it's harmful, ❌ especially for those whose musculoskeletal structure isn't suited to the type of stress, both tendons and joints, that this practice causes. ✅So, in my opinion, at least a year of indoor training is needed before attempting Boarding. The primary function of Boarding is twofold: reactivating the neuromuscular system and increasing fiber recruitment. ✅Ultimately, it helps increase the speed of muscle contraction and maintain proactive action. As with all extreme exercises, it should be achieved after a person has first learned to understand and manage their body on the vertical plane and then... gradually stepping up the pace. Note that Elena (the guinea pig, who has been climbing for 1.5 years) can't do more than one pull-up on the balance beam, but she climbs 6c (on rock - even 7a indoors), training only on agility rather than strength, which is limited anyway! Even I, who climbed up to 8c+, worked hard, and succeeded by training, climbing, and studying the moves, without repetitions, recovery times, or any other complications. ❌Power, like in cars, if you're not able to manage it, will send you off course and crash, or at best, it will just make you struggle, slowing down your learning and reducing your motivation.❌ To stay up to date on new content, in addition to subscribing to this YouTube channel 😃 you can find course information by emailing me on the various sites or following the Facebook group: www.marconescatatelli.it www.romacenterclimb.it ✅Facebook pages: Marco Nescatelli Roma Center Climb Climbing Academy ✅Facebook group "KataClimb" #Montura #MonturaStoreRoma #RomaCenterClimb #KataClimb #arrampicata
