大佐渡山脈50km!師匠の案内で大佐渡縦走(日帰り)
I took the first car ferry to Sado Island and ran the 50km ridge trail on Osado Island. As a trial run for the "Sado Gold Trail" race in October, I followed my mentor, Da-san, who has used this route as a training course for me, on a long route connecting Ryotsu Port, Mt. Kongo, Donden Mountain Hut, and Mt. Kinboku. The return trip was a day trip, taking the jetfoil around 5 PM.
