I've never interviewed a king before. We're off the coast of Olbia, where a gigantic mountain rises amid the magnificent waters of Sardinia. Over two centuries ago, a Genoese navigator, Giuseppe Bertoleoni, happened upon that uninhabited island. He fell in love with that paradise so much that he founded his kingdom there, and seven generations later, that kingdom still exists: the Kingdom of Tavolara.
