Kayaking to "Nordgjerøyvågen" | Gjerøy, Norway | Parrot Anafi Drone & GoPro Hero8 | 4K

In 2019, I bought myself a kayak. This is one of my best investments in my life, and it ended up with being one of my favorite hobbies that I am currently doing. Now the summer is here, and I can finally take the kayak out for a trip after a long and cold winter. I started filming with a drone and a GoPro action camera earlier this year so I will try to combine these hobbies as much as I can when/if I get the time to do so. In this video, I am paddling on a trip to some of my favorite places on the island Gjerøy in Norway; 1: "Silsand" ( The white sand beach @ 1:22) 2: "Nordgjerøyvågen" ( The northern bay of Gjerøy @ 2:16 ) 3: "Andvalen" - which is a branch of "Nordgjerøyvågen" ( @ 4:42 ) . A rough translation of the name "Andvalen": "And" means Duck, and "Valen" means Bay/Strait that you can walk on when the tide is low, but not when the tide is high. The scenery here is magnificent - especially during the summer! This is the first trip I am experimenting with the Parrot Anafi's "Flight Plan". I love this function, and it is a powerful tool to make more dynamic drone footage! I will try use it more often from now on! I also tried the "Follow Me"-function, but the drone lost the track of the kayak very often so I gave that up. Also; I notice that there is a stowaway on the port side of the kayak @ 1:06 :) . I usually try to keep my videos short ( Around the 2-3 minute mark), but I had so much good footage this time compared to earlier that I had to increase the duration on this video to 5 min. --- We do have a homepage with information about the island. I hear Davinci Resolve is far superior, but I have not learned to use that yet. Also; Feel free to give tips and advice on color grading and video editing.
