Cooked in the Char-Broil "The Big Easy" roaster smoker. This is the biggest Queenfish I have ever caught fishing. I caught it on my Shimano Barra Raider rod, and Shimano Stradic 2500 reel, which was small gear for a fish this big. The NT Water Police pulled me up on the way home for a safety check. They were obviously in a good mood, letting me go with a warning and to make sure I go and grab a V Sheet before next time I'm on the water.
