She discusses how treatment plans may change over time and why decisions are often guided by factors such as functional status, primary tumor site, disease stage, tumor volume, differentiation, grade, somatostatin receptor status, patient goals, and quality of life. This presentation reviews major treatment categories, including somatostatin analogs, radioligand therapies, targeted therapies, chemotherapy, liver-directed therapy, surgery, observation, and clinical trials.
