Nagelknoten (Nail Knot)

Der Nagelknoten ist eine Adaption des Snellings und wird beim Fliegenfischen verwendet, um die Fliegenschnur mit dem unteren Teil des Vorfachs zu verbinden. Sein Name soll in den 1950er Jahren entstanden sein, als ein bekannter amerikanischer Fliegenfischer namens Joe Brooks in Argentinien den Knoten mithilfe eines Hufeisennagels lernte.
