Riding the Gravelfoyle Grand Old Dukes Demi GOD

I was mean to be out riding this fantastic gravel event in Aberfoyle last year when I suffered my cardiac arrest, so it was even sweeter to be back this year taking on the Demi GOD route. It might be less than half the distance of the full Grand Old Dukes event, but it's still not for the faint-hearted - just over 43 miles (70km) of gravel riding and 4600 feet (1400 metres) of elevation gain. The reward is one of the best gravel rides you could possibly imagine - with great company and fantastic support.
