1991 Sandburg Elementary School Halloween Parade & Party! Early 90's Halloween Costumes

Halloween was by far my favorite day in elementary school back in the late 80s and early 90s! Nothing but fun activities all day and the highlight was the school parade where all the kids got to show off their costumes as they walked around the school! You'll notice a lot of banned costumes and accessories that would never be allowed in schools today!
