Apep Awakens

Apep Awakens is inspired by Apep (also known as Apophis), the ancient Egyptian serpent of chaos, darkness, and destruction. In Egyptian mythology, Apep was not just a monster — he was the living embodiment of disorder, the force that sought to break creation itself. Night after night, he waited in the depths of the underworld to ambush the solar barque of Ra, hoping to swallow the sun and plunge the world into eternal darkness. Apep represented everything the Egyptian gods fought to hold back: chaos against order, darkness against light, destruction against creation. He was the enemy of cosmic balance, the devourer in the shadows, the vast serpent that rose from the abyss to challenge the renewal of the sun. His awakening was not a simple attack — it was a threat to the entire structure of the universe. This track imagines that moment: the serpent of chaos rising in darkness, the underworld trembling, the sky blackening, and the force of Apep coiling upward to consume the light. The video is built around that mythic vision of apocalyptic tension, sacred fear, and the return of ancient chaos. The sun trembles. The abyss opens. Apep awakens.
