I Built a SPAMTON NEO Costume with Moving Wings!

This is the long-awaited SPAMTON NEO costume/cosplay video. I took about 2 weeks to make this costume; this video is the process. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN A MAN OF THE [PIPIS]. A REAL [PIPIS] PERSON! Finally got this video out! If you couldn’t tell from the quality, both the costume and video were rushed to get out before Halloween. After some technology complications, it's out 5 days later. Spamton NEO is one of the Deltarune/Undertale fandom's favorite characters, so it's no wonder that I've had alot of requests to make him. Deltarune Chapter Two is honestly still my favorite chapter of them all, tbh. This project took about 2 1/2 weeks of work, not to mention the Pipis blaster and Batman wings made in other videos.
