30-min Prep for 2024 British Dressage Intro 1 Test

Today, I'm doing my final flatwork session ahead of riding the British Dressage Intro 1 2024 test this weekend with British Dressage Quest. This is a really easy 30 minute session in walk, trot and canter (optional!) you can follow along. I break down part of the test into parts before doing a full run through 0:00 1.
