Who doesn't want a really posh pen without spending a fortune!? Well, I do- so I made some to see just how great polymer clay can make things look! Good tip is to bake no higher than 100 degrees celsius. It's better to bake at a lower temperature for longer, than higher for shorter. Larger clay items need longer- always check after 10 mins- sometimes things fall over in the oven & can be rescued at this point. Watch for burning! Especially white as it's quick to burn (don't know why...) and can turn yellow! Electric ovens work better as the temperature is even, gas oven temperatures fluctuate do not keep a steady temp for baking polymer clay.... I don't like to state baking times because all clay is different- there are so many different products and ovens, it's hard to advise....
