CrossFit - The Story of an Adaptive Athlete: Steph Hammerman
"I want to make it clear that I do not suffer from any disease or my different ability doesn't impact my life in a negative way," Steph Hammerman, an adaptive athlete, says. Living with cerebral palsy hasn't stopped Hammerman from living. In the past two to three years, physical activity became more important to her. When she found CrossFit, she knew she was ready to have some fun. This is her story.
