Tour Estúdio May

In today's video, we show a complete tour of Studio May, a 41m² older apartment in Vila Buarque that underwent a focused but very strategic renovation. This is the third project we've developed for this client and the second investment property she's entrusted to our firm. Our challenge was to transform the space without major structural interventions, valuing what already existed and creating more functional, welcoming environments full of personality. The result is a studio with identity, style, and solutions designed to make a difference in daily life and also in the property's rental potential.
