Tacoman Jessica Tweed started Oscar's Enemies on her birthday in 202. Back then it was just her family, some reused grocery bags, and a lot of litter on 6th Street. Six years later, her group she named, "Oscar's Enemies" has grown into one of Tacoma's most impressive community organizations. They do 18+ trash pickups a year with up to 125 volunteers at a time. Jessica and her fellow volunteers do route scouting, wrestle up raffle prizes from local businesses for the volunteers, and run the whole thing like a professional operation. But its all volunteer. All the time.
